Path Finder: System Navigation Program
Our program offers support to help individuals navigate social services, education, mental health, family and child services, and healthcare. We assist with accessing essential resources such as housing, food support, and childcare. We provide specialized assistance with the Oregon Health Plan, offering guidance on healthcare options and connecting clients with medical providers.
Holistic Wellness Program
The Holistic Wellness Program empowers families, youth, and children by providing education on reproductive health, mental health, and essential life skills. Focused on psychoeducation, the program helps participants build knowledge about mental well-being, coping strategies, and emotional resilience. Through workshops and resources, we promote a deeper understanding of reproductive health, supporting informed decision-making for a healthier, more resilient future.
Bridge to Opportunity
The Bridge to Opportunity program is dedicated to workforce development for both youth and adults, helping improve employability through a range of initiatives. It offers internship opportunities with local businesses, providing hands-on experience and career exploration. The program also supports job placement, connecting job seekers with potential employers. Additionally, it promotes work-based learning through on-the-job training and shadowing, helping individuals build essential skills in real-world environments.
