Protecting Oregon Farmworkers

We are committed to supporting Oregon farmworkers and their family members by providing one-on-one, culturally responsive assistance that helps reduce barriers to health care and essential services.

Our goal is to ensure farmworkers and their families have access to the support, information, and resources they need to protect their health, safety, and overall well-being.

Through individualized support, we assist farmworkers and their families with navigating health systems, scheduling and preparing for medical appointments, and connecting to trusted community resources. We understand that each case is unique, and we tailor our assistance to meet the specific needs and circumstances of every individual and family we serve.

Our support includes:
  • One-on-one assistance based on each individual’s or family’s unique needs
  • Help completing and understanding the Protege Tu Familia packet
  • Connections to key community services and resources, including food assistance, housing support, worker protections, and safety resources
  • Scheduling and coordinating medical, dental, vision, and mental health appointments
  • Guidance on how to access and use health care services
  • Referrals to legal, advocacy, and worker-support organizations when appropriate
  • Language access and culturally responsive support
  • Education on available programs, services, and rights related to health and well-being
